The Practical Minimalist
A practical starting point

Three steps: clean, moisturize, look after your lips. That is a complete routine. Most people who give up on skincare gave up because they started with seven products and could not keep it going — starting small is not a compromise, it is the version that survives a Tuesday.
The routine, in order
Step 1 · Cleanse
Enriched Foaming Cleanser
Morning and night. Lukewarm water, a small amount, about thirty seconds, then rinse. If your skin feels squeaky afterwards, you used too much.
Step 2 · Moisturize
Face Moisturizing Cream
Straight after cleansing, while skin is still slightly damp. A pea-sized amount covers the whole face.
Step 3 · Lips (optional)
Lip Conditioner
Lip skin has no oil glands of its own, so it dries out before the rest of your face. Keep one somewhere you will actually see it.
Each product page carries its own complete ingredient list and directions. Read them there before purchasing.
Give it four weeks before you change anything
A routine is a habit before it is anything else. Two products used consistently for a month tell you far more than six products used sporadically for a week. When you do want to add something, add one thing at a time so you know what changed.
What to add next, and when
If skin still feels tight after moisturizing, a hydrating serum goes between steps one and two. If you want a brighter-looking finish, a vitamin C serum sits in that same slot. There is no rule that you need either one.
Quick answers
Is three steps really enough?
Yes. Cleansing and moisturizing consistently is the foundation everything else sits on. Extra steps are preferences rather than requirements.
Morning, night, or both?
Both, if you can keep it up. If you can only manage one, make it the evening.
How long before I judge it?
Give any routine about four weeks of consistent use, and change one product at a time so you can tell what did what.
Where do I read the complete formula?
On each product page. Every complete ingredient list is published there — read it before purchasing.
