Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of papafilles.com (the 'Site') and the Papa & Filles account you may create. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept these terms.

Payments and checkout are handled by Shopify under Shopify's Terms of Service. Ordering on this Site also means you agree to Shopify's terms for the checkout portion of your purchase.

Using the site

You may browse the Site without an account. To save quiz results, progress photos, or email preferences, you need to register.

You agree not to misuse the Site—for example, by attempting to access other people's accounts, disrupting checkout, or scraping product or ambassador data at scale.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. Let us know through our contact page if you think your account has been used without permission.

You can delete your account data by emailing us at the address below. Some records, such as completed order history, may be kept for legal and accounting reasons even after account deletion.

Orders, payments, and checkout

Pricing, taxes, discounts, shipping, and availability are shown at checkout. We may need to correct an occasional pricing or availability error, and we will contact you before charging if anything material changes.

All payment and checkout processing is handled by Shopify under Shopify's Terms of Service. Shopify collects and stores your card details—we never receive or store your full card number.

Promo and ambassador discount codes generated through our program must be used by the person they were issued to. We can revoke codes that are shared publicly or used against the program rules.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Because our products are beauty, skincare, and personal-care items, orders are final sale once shipped. Our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy set out delivery timeframes, cancellations, and how we handle damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Both are linked in the footer of every page.

Ambassador program

Approved ambassadors receive discount codes and earn wallet credit on qualifying referred orders under the rules described on the ambassador dashboard. Commission, payout, and expiry rules apply as shown in the dashboard. We can suspend or revoke ambassador status for misuse of the program.

Email and marketing

Marketing emails go only to people who opt in. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by updating email preferences in your dashboard. Account and order emails still arrive when marketing is off.

Intellectual property

The Papa & Filles name, logo, copy, photography, and product designs belong to us. You may not reuse them commercially without written permission. Product reviews, quiz answers, and progress photos you upload remain yours—uploading optional progress photos does not give us rights to use them publicly.

Product information

Our product pages describe ingredients, claims, and how to use each product. They are not medical advice. Patch-test new products and stop use if irritation occurs. For diagnosed skin conditions, talk to a qualified professional.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the Site or our products beyond the amount you paid for the affected order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
