A family of ingredients, each with its own identity
Amino acids are the building blocks of peptides and proteins. Link a few together and you have a peptide; change the sequence and you have a different molecule. “Multi-peptide” tells you that a formula contains more than one peptide. The specific names tell you which ones.
GHK-Cu and AHK-Cu: one amino acid apart
GHK brings together glycine, histidine and lysine. AHK brings together alanine, histidine and lysine. Cu is the chemical symbol for copper: GHK-Cu and AHK-Cu are copper complexes of those peptides. They are distinct ingredients, so research on one cannot simply be assigned to the other.

What the research can tell you
Published laboratory work has examined GHK-Cu in skin cells and AHK-Cu in isolated human hair follicles and dermal papilla cells. Those studies help explain scientific interest in these ingredients. They do not establish a hair-growth result, a treatment effect or a results timeline for our finished serum.

Where palmitoyl peptides fit
The existing skincare catalogue also records Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7. These have a fatty-acid group attached and are different ingredients from GHK-Cu and AHK-Cu. A peptide face cream and a dual peptide scalp serum can belong to the same broad category while containing different molecules and having different directions.
Compare the formula, not just the percentage
Start with the exact peptide names. Then ask what a stated percentage measures: the peptide itself in the finished formula, or the amount of a pre-diluted ingredient blend added during manufacturing. Those are different figures. A larger number alone does not establish a better product.

They are peptides bound to copper. GHK-Cu and AHK-Cu have different amino-acid sequences and are two distinct copper-peptide ingredients.
Are GHK-Cu and AHK-Cu the same?
No. GHK contains glycine, histidine and lysine; AHK contains alanine, histidine and lysine. That first amino acid changes the molecule. Their research should be read separately.
Do ingredient studies prove this serum grows hair?
